We have been engaged to help a fantastic pureplay, growing and profitable online retailer in New Brunswick, NJ find a Project Manager with experience managing the implementation of a new ERP. If you have experience with any ERP (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Epicor, MS Dynamics), then we would like to speak with you.

To accommodate today's changing work environment, they have offices in Midtown Manhattan and New Brunswick, NJ and will be flexible regarding some remote options, although its not 100% remote. OVERVIEW:

The IT Sr. Project Manager helps to oversee the portfolio of diverse projects that span the client's ERP selection, partner selection, and implementation partner; which include any or all of the ERP projects. The strategy is to build a digital commerce platform that facilitates a unified experience for our customer that spans the entire shopping experience integrated to a single backend ERP solution for all brands.

This role is broad in scope and will require collaboration with cross-functional teams, external vendor partners, and remote IT teams located in a variety of different time zones and geographies. In addition to strong project management skills.

Responsibilities
Full project life cycle ownership/oversight of the portfolio: from pipeline, discovery and initiation through development, test and deployment phases
Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project; procure adequate resources (both internal and external) to achieve project objectives in planned timeframes
Participate and/or drive proof-of-concepts, vendor selections and request for proposals for evaluation and selection purposes
Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources. Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues
Oversee the scope change control process for the projects

Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience in a project management role
Experience driving cross-functional projects with senior leadership interaction.
Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
Experience in managing product backlog, prioritizing user stories, and executing projects in an agile development environment.
Excellent organization and collaboration skills
Project Management Certification (PMP) preferred

Position Summary
The Vice President of Human Resources (VP of HR) is responsible for supporting the business through the leadership of all human resources functions of the company. This individual works as a strategic business partner with executive leadership, senior management, the company management team, and the HR team to provide an innovative and integrated Human Resources/People strategy that drives recruitment of the best talent, creates a culture of learning and development, and ensures that all of the company’s HR goals and objectives are identified, developed, planned for, and met. The VP of HR leads all initiatives in the areas of talent acquisition, leadership development, succession planning, organizational development, training, employee benefit programs, and employee engagement and retention strategies. The VP of HR oversees all compliance and regulated processes including ERISA plans, FMLA, disability, worker’s compensation claims, and all leave administration. The VP and HR Manager manage all employee relations issues from minor day-to-day issues to major investigations, including EEOC charges, OSHA complaints, and any legal actions that result from an employee/employer action. The VP is accountable for staffing, developing, managing, and evaluating the performance of the HR team.

Position Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks
1. Partner with the company’s executives and senior leaders to drive innovative and strategic human resource solutions that support the goals of the business.
2. Manage and develop the HR function, ensure that the HR Department executes efficiently and effectively on company initiatives, and always maintain a customer service focus.
3. Ensure that all employee relations issues are handled appropriately and promptly. Conduct thorough investigations, resolve issues, and report on all outcomes, adhering to company policies and procedures, and applicable state and federal laws.
4. Direct all Talent Acquisition responsibilities, design and implement creative, progressive, and effective talent strategies, review and introduce new recruiting tools, sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems, and candidate assessments. Build excellent relationships with hiring managers across all levels of the organization.
5. Develop performance management strategies and design, develop, and implement effective performance evaluation programs for all positions within the company organization.
6. Develop and implement succession planning programs that identify high potential (HIPO), talent, address competency and talent gaps across the organization, and research, select and implement assessments that identify skills, abilities, competencies, and knowledge of individuals at all levels of the organization.
7. Analyze and assess training and development needs, build Individual Development Plans, and implement enterprise training and development programs, that address both individual and organizational needs identified through Succession Planning and other programs across the organization.
8. Design, develop and administer and manage employee recognition programs that recognize behaviors and contributions to the company, that go above and beyond the requirements of an individual’s specific job and/or role in the organization.
9. Develop company/employee benefit plans; oversee benefit administration and annual open enrollment.
10. Develop, communicate, and administer all policies and practices pertaining to employment, assuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
11. Develop and oversee the HR operating budget.

Position Qualifications
1. A minimum of seven (7) to ten (10) years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience in retail.
2. A bachelor’s degree is preferred,
3. Must have in-depth knowledge of human resources core competencies; knowledge of applicable federal and state employment/labor laws; and demonstrated experience in investigating and resolving employee relations issues.
4. Must have demonstrated strengths in employee relations, compensation, recruitment/retention strategy, benefits administration, analytical skills, and customer service focus.
5. Must be strategically oriented and have the interpersonal and leadership skills to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
6. Must possess the demonstrated ability to establish and maintain credibility with management and employees as a trusted problem solver with strong consultative and coaching skills.

The Environmental Health and Safety Engineer contributes to the success of our client by ensuring regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA, and DOT), accident prevention and after injury management. This person will work to support the implementation of the company’s EHS Management System companywide.

The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in employee safety and environmental regulations as well as have OSHA, EPA, and DOT compliance experience and be highly skilled at implementing processes that will lead to sustained EHS performance improvements.

The candidate is expected to provide collaborative, proactive, and creative problem-solving abilities to develop best-in-class EHS programs for the improvement of the overall strategy and EHS management system.

Key Responsibilities
• Implement, execute, ensure compliance with the divisional EHS policies and procedures, and all federal, state, and local OSHA/EPA/DOT regulations (i.e. Lockout, Haz Com, Machine Safety, SARA, RCRA, etc.)
• Manage local EHS budget
• Lead the development and implementation of the EHS Annual Operating Plans and EHS Action Plans for the location
• Achieve annual targets rates for Lost Time, Recordable, Severity, and Environmental
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state occupational safety and environmental regulations
• Develop, implement, execute, and manage strategies to prevent workplace injuries, environmental incidents
• Identify unsafe equipment operation and conditions while demonstrating knowledge of appropriate corrective action for unsafe conditions or equipment use
• Exercise a leadership, coordination, and communication role with the location leadership to drive continuous EHS improvement across the location
• Complete root cause analyses and develop corrective action plans to address root basic causes and management system weak-spots through the use of industry-recognized cause analysis techniques
Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 5 years’ work experience in EHS (work experience will be considered as a substitute for education)
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills including public speaking skills and presence in meetings and training environments
Preferred Job Qualifications
• Safety management experience in a related industry (ie: consumer packaged goods, distribution/transportation, 3PLs, retail, restaurant, manufacturing, or grocery industry)
• Safety degree and/or related certification is a plus
• ASP, CSP, CIH, and/or CHMM desirable, but not required

Summary
The Retail Business Analyst will part of the Information Technology team within the Merchandising Analytics & Consumer Insights organization. The successful candidate will possess a strong mix of technical skills and business acumen that allows them to disseminate the needs of the business into technical requirements, and vice-versa, for the delivery of actionable insights.

The individual will have exceptional organizational skills, the ability to analyze online statistics, and oversee projects with multiple deliverables and deadlines.
