Seeking marketing advice from my Facebook connections.
Scuttlebutt is a recruiting and staffing firm that sources talent from the Veteran Community and military families.
One challenge we're working through is ensuring our messaging doesn't unintentionally give employers the impression that we only work with recently transitioned veterans seeking their first civilian role.
In reality, the veterans in our network not only have military experience, but also possess the education, industry experience, technical skills, training, and discipline required to excel in the positions for which they're hired.
Which message resonates more with you?
Option 1
Scuttlebutt is a recruiting and staffing firm that sources talent from the Veteran Community. Our candidates not only served our country, but they also have the education, training, skills, and discipline to exceed expectations on the job.
Option 2
Scuttlebutt is a recruiting and staffing firm that sources ex-military professionals and their families. Our candidates not only served our country, but they also have the education, training, skills, and discipline to exceed expectations on the job.
If you're a hiring manager, recruiter, HR professional, or business leader, which message would grab your attention and why?
I welcome any feedback on how we can better communicate the value that experienced veterans and military families bring to the workforce.
