E3 Industrial is currently looking for an experienced NCCCO Crane Operator for a project in Coahoma, Texas, just outside of Big Spring.

🏗️ Equipment:
• 80-Ton Load King
• 80-Ton Terex

This will primarily be pick work, so we’re looking for an experienced operator who is comfortable with this type of work and ready to get onsite.

📍 Coahoma, TX
🚨 Must be available to report onsite sometime next week
📅 Duration: Several months
💰 Pay: DOE (Depends on Experience)
🏨 Per Diem: $120/day
🏅 Current NCCCO Certification Required

E3 Industrial is looking to add additional manpower to our current project in Houma. This project is already underway and is expected to continue through November, so if you’re looking for steady local work, now is the time to get onboard.

👷 4–6 CONCRETE HANDS
We need experienced concrete hands who are familiar with the entire concrete process, not just one part of it. Applicants should have hands-on experience with concrete work from preparation through placement and finishing.

🧱 Concrete applicants: Include a quick rundown of your concrete experience and what parts of the process you’ve personally performed.

🔨 4–6 GENERAL LABORERS
We’re also looking for dependable general laborers to keep in rotation and utilize onsite as manpower needs arise.

💰 Pay will depend on experience.

We have an upcoming LOCAL project in the Houma area starting ASAP and expected to run through late November, possibly into December.

Looking for dependable people who are comfortable working HEAVY HOURS and have experience operating:

• Skid Steers
• Telehandlers
• Other similar construction/industrial equipment

REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be able to safely operate equipment
• Must be able to follow instructions and work as part of a crew
• Must be willing and able to work extended hours
• Must be able to pass a drug screen
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the jobsite
• Must be dependable and show up ready to work
• OSHA 10 is NOT required, but candidates who already have OSHA 10 will receive preference

E3 is currently accepting resumes for an Administrative Assistant position supporting a large industrial project located in a Houma shipyard.

This position will work directly from an onsite mobile office trailer alongside project managers and other field personnel. Daily responsibilities include collecting and organizing project data, maintaining documentation, assisting with reports, supporting project managers, and handling various day-to-day administrative tasks in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Schedule:
• Monday through Friday
• 50-hour work week (5 x 10s)

Pay will depend on experience.

Qualified applicants should have experience including, but not limited to:
✔ Microsoft Excel (strong working knowledge required)
✔ Microsoft Word
✔ Data entry and document management
✔ Administrative support
✔ Organization and attention to detail
✔ Professional communication skills
✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Minimum Requirements:
• Reliable personal transportation (required)

While our client is headquartered in Houma, Louisiana, this is a fully remote position, giving qualified candidates the flexibility to work from anywhere.

This role will begin part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position for the right individual.

In this role, you'll:
✔ Research government contracting opportunities
✔ Identify new business prospects
✔ Conduct outreach to potential clients and agencies
✔ Coordinate meetings and appointments
✔ Maintain databases and client communications
✔ Support overall business development efforts
