Pay Rates: $25-$40/hour (based on experience)

1. MAINTENANCE MECHANICS- Someone who can perform routine/preventative maintenance, troubleshoots, and repairs to equipment/machinery in a manufacturing/production facility (combination or mechanical AND electrical experience preferred). Pneumatics, hydraulics, PLC, conveyors, motors, gears, etc

2. INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICIANS- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, perform preventative maintenance and repair industrial electrical equipment: Conveyors, grinding mills, kiln, mixers, bucket elevators, & silos. 480V, 3phase, motor controls, hydraulics, pneumatics

3. WELDERS- MIG & TIG knowledge. Materials welded may include steel, stainless or aluminum. Align components using calipers, rulers etc. and clamp pieces. Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions (vertical, horizontal or overhead)

4. FACILITIES MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN- Perform skilled maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs throughout facility with projects involving carpentry, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, structural. Troubleshooting of production/manufacturing equipment & machinery

5. HVAC TECH- Perform all repair and maintenance duties necessary for all heating, ventilation, air conditioning, water coolers, condensers, refrigeration equipment, freezers and other equipment utilizing refrigeration principles in a functional and satisfactory operating condition.

6. HEAVY EQUIPMENT MECHANIC- Diesel/heavy duty equipment repair experience. Previous experience working on Pickup trucks, forklifts, heavy machinery. Responsible for the corrective and preventative maintenance of 200+ pieces of diesel engine equipment throughout the yard.

7. CONSTRUCTION LABORERS- Anyone familiar with manual construction labor, large scale projects. Projects including but not limited to; pipe installation, paving/blacktop, grading, watermain and sewer line installs (all done manually).

8. MECHANICAL ASSEMBLERS- Will be working in a team, and reading from blueprints in order to complete large-scale assembly or sub-assembly of units that are moderately complex. Able to read print drawings, ability to use common hand tools, performs accurate fitting, aligning and adjusting requiring very close tolerances, precision fits and strict inspection.

• PM is responsible to supervise projects from the beginning (Preconstruction) to the end (Certificate of Occupancy & Close Out)

• PM must have a strong understanding of the Construction industry and possess the ability to work in fast‐paced environments where schedules are driven on deadlines.

• PM is responsible to work with the Preconstruction/Estimating team during the Preconstruction phase of the project, manage subcontractors and suppliers during the Construction phase, and work directly with owners, owner’s representatives, and the design team during the entire duration of the project, including closeout.

• PM is expected to manage multiple aspects of the job including but not limited to costs, scheduling, supervision, quality, and safety.

• PM is to serve as the direct point of contact with the Owner/Client during the entire project duration.

• PM develops a cost‐effective plan and schedule for completion of project following a logical pattern for utilization of resources. The PM is to ensure that the project is completed according to schedule and identify critical phases & milestones.

• PM is responsible for continuously maintaining and updating the project schedule, identifying schedule risks and creating solutions when necessary.

• PM is responsible to resolve problems that arise due to inclement weather, unforeseen conditions, emergencies, and or other issues that may cause delays.

• PM is responsible for coordinating the work of subcontractors working on various phases of the project.

• PM is responsible to perform subcontractor scope review and subsequent subcontract awards.

$30-$45/hour or $80,000 - $150,000+ (

$50,000- $80,000
