Asset Compliance Coordinator
$45,003 salary minimum

Full-time position serves as the city's point of contact for capital asset accounting and reporting. Maintains the city's fixed asset system of record, ensures assets are properly capitalized, depreciated, and reported in accordance with GASB standards, and coordinates with Public Works and other departments to keep asset data accurate for both financial reporting and capital planning purposes.

Must have a high school diploma or GED with five yrs. experience in a professional clerical setting & knowledge of finance/inventory control, the handling of confidential records, and extensive skills in computer programs. Must have a valid driver’s license. Accounting or Quality Control background preferred. Knowledge of public sector agencies, structure and management helpful. Equivalent education, experience and training will be considered. Regular work schedule is Monday – Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm.
