Our hiring partner is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a BizOps/Account Manager. As a BizOps/Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our technology-driven, early-stage company by utilizing your project management and client engagement skills. Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage critical BizOps projects, ensuring their successful ex*****on and completion.
- Utilize your strong project management abilities to efficiently handle tasks and drive results.
- Engage with senior counterparts at mid-market companies, establishing and nurturing strong client relationships.
- Apply your expertise in BizOps to strategically advise and support clients, demonstrating your ability to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
- Leverage your English solid language fluency to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, both in writing and verbally.
-Strategic Planning: Create a clear vision and roadmap for growth, identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing strategies to achieve business objectives.
-Operations Management: They evaluate workflows, streamline operations, and implement best practices to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall business performance.
-Provide leadership and guidance to the management team and oversee the day-to-day operations. This may involve managing and mentoring team members, facilitating effective communication, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
-Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Establishes performance metrics and tracking systems to monitor key business indicators. They analyze data, identify trends, and provide regular reports to the executive team, offering insights and recommendations for operational improvements and resource optimization.
-Change Management: Assess the impact of changes, develop change management plans, and guide the implementation process to ensure minimal disruption and successful adoption
-External Relationships and Partnerships: Responsible for managing key external relationships, including vendors, suppliers, and strategic partners, cultivating and nurturing these relationships to support the company's operational needs and strategic objectives.
Risk Management: Establish risk management protocols, contingency plans, and crisis response strategies to safeguard the organization's operations and reputation.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in a technology-focused or competitive early-stage company.
- Demonstrated expertise in BizOps, with a track record of setting up processes, optimizing operations, and achieving tangible results.
- Strong client-facing skills, enabling you to engage effectively with senior executives at mid-market companies.
- Account management experience is a plus, although we prioritize candidates with exceptional BizOps skills who possess the necessary soft skills to engage with clients.
- Excellent English language reading and writing fluency.
- Ambitious and driven, with a desire to take on additional management responsibilities as the company scales up.
- Enthusiasm for a step-up role at a VC-backed company, coupled with a keen interest in securing a meaningful equity stake.
** Position is 1099/Contractor, hours are Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm EST. Pay is 20/hr. **
