Reviews Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loan applications for eligibility, accuracy, and completion. Works with borrowers in completing their applications and follows up on all outstanding items prior to submitting the applications for online processing.

Reviews PPP loan applications to ensure eligibility, accuracy, and completion prior to processing.
Reviews supporting documentation to verify eligible expenses to include in the application.
Performs basic math calculations to verify calculations submitted by the borrower.
May conduct internet searches to complete the loan application.
Communicates with borrowers to answer inquiries and request additional information and/or supporting documentation.
Once the loan application is complete, enters borrower and loan information into the loan application portal.
Manages the status of loan applications within the Bank’s internal database.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Experience Required
• At least one year of office or administrative experience.

• Commitment and ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Must be highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic mathematical skills to verify loan information.

• Able to keep sensitive Bank and borrower information confidential and secure.
