RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR (FAMILY & AUTISM SUPPORT SERVICES)
Northampton, MA
Essential Job Functions:
1.) Ensure that all steps of the recruitment process are followed including, but not limited to:
Receive & track applicant material
Conduct screening interviews utilizing established templates to gather basic information
Schedule interviews, answer applicant inquiries
Complete references, Submit CORI & Driving Record requests to HR
Coordinate with team/hiring managers for timely completion of second interviews
Ensure accurate completion of new hire documentation
Perform on boarding tasks, Train and collaborate with other divisions as needed
2.) Develop job ads and post positions internally and/or externally within established guidelines.
3.) Develop relationships with area contacts, recruitment offices, high schools, colleges, and professional associations, etc. Attend job fairs, recruiting activities and other applicable events. Provide information about the agency and career opportunities to outside agencies and potential applicants.
4.) Perform ongoing data entry and tracking of resumes/candidates, update and maintain databases, software tools and website.
5.) Participate on committees appropriate to recruitment process as assigned. Attend and provide feedback to the Division; prepare and disseminate applicable material.
6.) Set-up and maintain information systems for tracking recruitment statistics. Prepare & Provide a variety of department reports & spreadsheets. May include agency wide course training.
Knowledge & Experience Required:
1.) Knowledge of a specialized field such as recruitment, training in personnel principals, practices, and specific regulations involving a thorough skills knowledge and the application of basic theory, equal to two years of college.
2.) Computer knowledge and experience is required including Microsoft Office suite, internet and recruitment databases. Ability to navigate word processing and spreadsheet management.
3.) Over 3 years of applicable practices and procedures experience.
4.) Requires travel, a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation/vehicle.
