VHA ICSP is a prestigious $23 billion IDIQ contract supporting America’s largest integrated health care system. The system supports over 1,200 facilities, including 171 medical centers and over 1,100 outpatient facilities.

We are hiring a Business Development Capture Specialist, who will work across the PBLLC Contracting Division.

Job responsibilities will include identifying and conducting outreach throughout the year to targeted agencies in coordination with subsidiary business development leads. The Business Development Capture Specialist will conduct data analysis on government opportunities and create slide decks as appropriate. They will assist in the creation and maintenance of a consolidated library of past performance that can be leveraged across subsidiaries for presentations and sources sought responses and provide support for strategic planning meetings and industry conferences.
