Seeking friendly, charismatic and knowledgeable Customer Service Representative for our Client in West Palm Beach, FL

The position hours would be 9am to 5pm (with a half hour lunch), so 37.5 hours per week. Monday thru Friday

$12-14/hr

Assist customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns.

Requirements:
Very good attitude and polite demeanor for helping customers
Very clear phone voice, since 99% of the customers have contact via telephone
General computer skills
