We have Service Representative Positions available. We are seeking the right potential applicants/candidates to fill open positions. We are continuing to experience significant growth. Your responsibilities as a Service Representative are to explain and provide enrollment into member’s available benefits. As a Service Representative you will be using superior verbal communication skills to fully educate and counsel all members to understand the benefits, your duties are to accurately explain member benefits in full detail and process paperwork. You will also be working with members whom currently have their benefits in place at which you will be providing follow up assistance; basic maintenance of policy paperwork. Representatives develop long-term relationships with clients and enroll members into their benefits.
