Due to our machines getting maintained and upgrades, we will be closed until next week. We will re-open Monday the 30th.
This will help us ensure service for a long time to come.

Here is a little Q and A to start off the new year

Q: why is the cardboard trailer locked during the day??

A: The trailer gets emptied Monday and Friday only. This is used as a drop-off location for after-hours only so we may provide 24/7 drop-off to accommodate everyone's schedules

Q:How am I going to recycle my boxes then?

A: Please use the drive-through drop-off open Mon-Fri 8am - 3pm
This is emptied throughout the day so you always have a place to recycle

Q: The doors are closed, now what should I do?

A: Please wait 10 minutes or come back at another time. This is so we can empty the drive-through carts and ensure we can do so safely. This process only takes about 10 minutes each time

Q: Can I just leave boxes on the ground then? Im too busy to wait or come back later

A: Sorry, you can not leave your recycling anywhere but a designated container or trailer. This is littering and is possible to be fined for. The property is monitored by video surveillance to prevent our "recycling" from becoming our neighbors " recycled lawn art"

The recycling center will be closed Christmas day AND the 26th. With this being a short week, we will do our best to make sure the trailers have space for your recycling needs.
Please remember , anything on the ground is considered littering and is now enforced by the city by video. Smile and wave!

Due to an issue with the route truck, we are not going to be running our residential route today. You will not be billed for this week. Thanks

Due to the rain, the cardboard trailer will not be available until later this week.

The rain saturated the cardboard and it must dry before it can be baled. With more rain coming, we are not going to have another trailer out to have the same thing happen again. We are still open 8-3 Mon -Friday to bring your recycled goods through our drive-through. Thanks

We will be closed Monday for the Labor Day holiday. The trailers will be available until they are full and then will be locked.

The recycling center will be closed tomorrow, 8/26 , so our clients can enjoy the state fair. We will resume normal hours the next day

Please remember, we do not take Styrofoam and we do not take magazines. The magazines we have not taken for 3 years and still recieve boxes worth every week. We do not take them, please do not leave them anymore

** Update **

We will be taking in cardboard again starting Thursday! We will have the drivethrough open 8 am til 3pm as normal then.
If you have anything more than what fits in your trunk, you must make an appointment!

** There will not be a trailer available until Friday! **

The route will resume this week also. It may be split up into a few days as we are working to catch up on everything..

Please have patience as this is alot of work that is being done by those with disabilities. They are the most importance to us and being rude will not help you get your boxes gone faster. Thank you

We are still a couple weeks out on the part to fix our cardboard baler. Please know that this is the fastest, safest option to get going again. Those that have been patient, we appreciate it.

On the other side of it, if you have to walk across the property to hide cardboard inside the equipment, its probably not ok.
Spread the word, tell your neighbors to have patience and follow the rules. Thanks
