When it comes to making a long-lasting impact, consistency is key. Monthly giving provides the reliable support we need to help individuals with disabilities achieve their employment goals. It allows us to plan ahead, expand programs, and provide continuous support to those who need it most.

Unlike one-time donations, monthly contributions offer:
✨Sustainable Impact: Steady funding ensures ongoing job training, coaching, and employer partnerships.
✨Predictable Growth: It allows us to confidently plan for the future and expand opportunities.
✨Collective Power: A community of monthly donors creates a strong, resilient support system.

There's something special about that first paycheck.

Roy recently received his first paycheck and already has big goals in mind. When asked what he's saving for, his answer was simple: "School tuition and a Honda CRV."

Work creates more than a paycheck. It builds confidence, independence, and a path toward future goals. We're proud of Roy for all of his hard work and excited to watch him continue moving toward his dreams.

Congratulations, Roy! We're cheering you on every step of the way. 💙🎉

A supportive workplace is usually built through small moments.

A supervisor taking time to explain a task. Coworkers being welcoming. Clear communication. Encouragement while someone is learning something new.

Those things may seem simple, but they help people build confidence, feel connected, and succeed over time.

Our latest blog talks about what truly makes a workplace feel supportive and why those everyday interactions matter so much.

Today, we remember. 🇺🇸

This Memorial Day, we honor the brave service members who gave their lives in defense of our country. Their courage, sacrifice, and dedication will never be forgotten.

We also extend our support to the families and loved ones who carry their memory forward every day.

May we continue to build a world, through inclusion, opportunity, and unity, that’s worthy of their legacy. ❤️🤍💙

Many of the opportunities we help create begin with local employers who are willing to open their doors, provide support, and invest in people. Those partnerships build confidence, independence, and stronger communities over time.

A supportive workplace doesn’t have to be complicated.

In most cases, it comes down to simple things: clear expectations, consistent communication, and giving employees the time they need to learn and grow.

When people feel supported, they gain confidence, perform better, and are more likely to stay. Strong workplaces are built through small, intentional actions that make a real difference.

In our latest blog, we break down what support looks like in everyday work environments and how employers can put it into practice right away.

Confidence doesn’t happen overnight. It builds through experience.

Over time, those small moments add up. What starts as something new and unfamiliar becomes something someone feels proud of.

Our latest blog shares how being in the workplace helps build confidence and why opportunity matters.

On-site at observing JR during his volunteer work at Clothes for Kids 👕

✨ Job Development in action:
🔹 Observing real work performance
🔹 Identifying transferable skills
🔹 Understanding behavior in structured environments
🔹 Connecting with staff, volunteers, and donors

This is how we truly understand how someone works, communicates, and contributes; while building real connections with the people around them

JR has been consistently performing these tasks over time, showing reliability, routine, and commitment.

At this point, it’s clear:
He is capable of doing much more than his current responsibilities.

He’s ready for:
➡️ New functions
➡️ Skill development
➡️ Growth into roles like security and front door support

Our role is to recognize that readiness, expand opportunities, and build pathways that match his full potential - not just his current tasks.
