Job available / Apartment Maintenance Technician.

Large apartment community in Princeton, NJ is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician. Responsibilities include but are not limited to helping to maintain grounds and buildings, preparing apartments for new residents, completing service requests for existing residents, and assisting with snow removal.

Qualified candidates must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation.

Experience with and strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliances is required. HVAC and EPA certification is preferred. Experience in apartment maintenance or hotel maintenance is preferred.
