💼 Full-Time | Exempt Position
What You'll Do:
✅ Source and recruit top talent for positions ranging from warehouse associates to leadership roles
✅ Build candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, networking events, job fairs, and community outreach
✅ Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews
✅ Partner closely with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and provide recruiting expertise
✅ Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding
✅ Maintain ATS records and recruiting metrics
✅ Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience
What We're Looking For:
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
✔ Minimum 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience
✔ Bilingual in English & Spanish (Required)
✔ Experience sourcing through social media and recruiting platforms
✔ Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment
✔ Warehouse, logistics, or distribution recruiting experience is a plus
