Minimum 2 years of experience in US IT Recruitment is MUST
Experience in End to End US IT Recruitment Life Cycle
Strong in Sourcing , Screening and Submitting the right candidate within the target time
Reading resumes and filtering candidates as per technical fitment (eligibility),behavioural fitment, stability, suitability, etc.,
Drive high quality selection experience with various job portals and social networksites like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn etc.
Excellent communication, Negotiation and interpersonal skills
Well versed in dealing with different candidates holding - US Citizen, GC, H1B, TN Permit and good knowledge of tax terms (W2,1099, C2C).
Work in a quick turnaround time to full-fill requirements
Exceptional networking skills and ability to source candidates through vendor partners
