BSA Troop 157 - Annual Christmas Tree Sale A Scout pays his own way. Scouts serve at the tree stand to pay for their BSA registration, camping fees and other Troop activities.

Annual Christmas Tree Sale by Herndon's BSA Troop 157

Troop 157 Is Herndon's Oldest continually operated troop (Since 1934), and in order to fund our annual program costs, we've been selling Christmas Trees for decades. Did you know that over 85% of the troop’s funds come from this event alone? Therefore we take this opportunity very seriously and we take the health and safety of all involved very seriously as well.

Ashburn Volunteer Fire Department is Selling Douglas firs and wreaths:

I am sorry to announce that due to multiple factors, Troop 157 Herndon, VA will not be operating The Christmas Tree Stand this year.

With any luck the major issue (Troop size) will resolve itself in the next couple of years as we recruit.

Until then, thank you Herndon for over 30 years of supporting the Troop 157 Christmas Tree Stand.
