Nassau Workforce Initiative Our Nassau Workforce Initiative prepares adults (living in Nassau County) ages 18+ for employment to successfully enter the workforce.

We provide customized case management, job preparation and placement services. All participants receive comprehensive vocational assessments, resume assistance and employment retention services. NWI works closely with Nassau County businesses and industries to develop job opportunities for program participants.
