TechHire Eastern Kentucky (TEKY) is committed to the economic revitalization of our communities though the cultivation of new employment opportunities in the tech sector. We are searching for individuals who possess strong IT skills, as well as those who desire to take advantage of training and certification opportunities in order to obtain the skills needed to face the challenges of an evolving w
orkforce. TEKY is committed to fostering the development of a sustainable TechHire community in Eastern Kentucky that will supply the workforce needs of a robust tech sector in the mountains. TEKY is a community-driven outreach organization of employers and jobseekers organized under the banner of the Eastern Kentucky Concentrated Employment Program (EKCEP). During our Meetup events we will provide an environment for this vital interaction to occur, as well as provide a forum for guest speakers to discuss the future of TechHire and the many opportunities in the area of technology based employment that will soon be coming to our area. Our events are organized via Facebook and a number of other popular social media platforms. We are committed to maintaining a database for tech orientated of job opportunities for the benefit of our members and the community at large to take advantage of when seeking employment.
