🌸 In honor of Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month, we recognize the people, cultures, and stories that enrich our organization, workplaces, and communities. What began as a week-long observance in 1978 was expanded to a full month in 1992. May was chosen to commemorate the arrival of the first Japanese immigrants to the United States in 1843, as well as the contributions of Chinese workers who helped complete the Transcontinental Railroad in 1869.

We celebrate the rich histories and lasting contributions of AAPI communities across the country. We’re especially proud to recognize our Employbridge AAPI colleagues, partners, and associates whose perspectives, talent, and leadership help strengthen our organization and the communities we serve.
