Job Summary: The operator is responsible for safely and efficiently running production equipment, mobile equipment, tracking production, assisting in preventive maintenance, and other duties as assigned by the plant manager.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities: The primary duties and responsibilities are following and helping to improve operating procedures and standard work in the areas of safety, railcar unloading, coal milling operations, running blending equipment to make orders per customer specifications, general cleanup of work areas, operating fork trucks as required, loading and unloading pneumatic trucks, and performing any other tasks as assigned by the plant manager.

OE/Lean: Operators will work with the plant operations team to develop, follow, and audit standard work, participate in 5S, non-routine task reviews, residual risk reduction, Total Productive Maintenance plans, and other OE related activities as assigned by the plant manager. Engagement and participation in these activities is a requirement of the position.
