🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
💲 Pay: $$20-$24/hour (based on experience)

We’re looking for a motivated and organized Bilingual Onsite Recruiter to join our team! If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have strong communication skills, we’d love to hear from you.

Requirements:

* Bilingual (English & Spanish preferred)
* Recruiting experience is a plus, but we’re willing to consider candidates with strong customer service or administrative backgrounds
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to multitask and work in a team-oriented environment
* Reliable and professional

Responsibilities:

* Source, screen, and interview candidates
* Coordinate onboarding and hiring processes
