We are seeking a compassionate, strategic, and experienced leader to oversee and strengthen Kids Hub's direct service programs. This full-time position provides leadership for our Forensic Interviewing, Family Advocacy, and Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) Coordination programs while helping ensure children and families receive the highest quality, trauma-informed care.

The Director of Programs will provide supervision and mentorship to program staff, foster strong community partnerships, lead quality improvement initiatives, and work alongside executive leadership to advance Kids Hub's mission and expand our impact throughout the Pine Belt.
