Kariyah Jones is a first-year student in the AHRD graduate program. She was also an HRD minor in her undergraduate studies. Currently, she is working as a Graduate Assistant Mentor at the Centennial Scholars Program at JMU.

Interesting article on the importance of psychological safety in creating a learning culture within organizations. If we want to help solve the complex problems that exist in society and/ organizations we need innovation. In order to create the space for innovation, we need to build a culture that values learning and inclusiveness at all levels of the organization including (but not limited to): how decisions are made, the way we design jobs, how we hold people accountable, and the behavior that leadership models and expects of others. What are some thoughts on how to do this?
