Q: Do you charge to put me to work or take money from my paycheck? We are paid by employers to find them employees that fit their needs. Q: Do you hold the first paycheck? Associates receive their first paycheck the Thursday following their first week of work. Q: Do you pay weekly? A: Yes! Pay day is every Thursday. Q: Does Penmac drug screen it's associates? Every employee undergoes

a pre-employment drug screen. Q: Are Penmac associates "just temps"? They are valued Penmac employees! Most of the employers we staff for hire our associates on as their own employees at the end of their 90 day trial period. If a customer follows a different procedure, we discuss that when we offer the job. Q: Does Penmac only staff Industrial positions? We hire for a large range of industries, including light industrial, warehouse, transportation, food service, and clerical (front desk, accounting, HR, etc.) just to name a few. Q: Does Penmac offer benefits? We have a range of benefits including health insurance, dental, and vision! Q: Does Penmac offer retirement savings? We offer both a 401(k) and ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) for qualifying associates.

Finance Manager – Direct Hire Opportunity in Branson, MO

Penmac Staffing is seeking an experienced Finance Manager in Branson, MO. This is a direct hire position offering a great opportunity to lead financial operations and support strategic growth. (in office position)

Requirements for the Finance Manager:
Strong analytical and financial management skills.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with QuickBooks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Finance Manager Responsibilities:
Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Monitor cash flow and maintain liquidity for operations.
Develop and manage annual budgets; analyze financial data for trends and cost savings.
Ensure compliance with tax and financial regulations; coordinate audits.
Implement internal controls and advise on financial strategies and risk management.
Collaborate with department heads and train staff on financial processes.

Schedule and Pay:
Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (in office position)
Salary based on experience.
