It has been a pleasure watching David grow into a highly efficient and dependable recruiter over the last year. From day one, he has brought a tremendous amount of knowledge to the team, especially on the technical and organizational side of kicking off new requisitions, and has continued to expand his impact across every area of the business.
Over the past year, he has also developed into a great account manager, consistently ensuring our clients are well taken care of and supported at a high level. Whether it’s fractional recruiting, high-volume hiring initiatives, or more challenging direct hire requisitions that require precise sourcing and detailed screening, he always steps up and delivers.
His versatility, work ethic, and commitment to both our clients and candidates have made him an invaluable part of the team. We truly appreciate everything he has contributed during his first year and can’t wait to see what he accomplishes in Year 2!
