Hours: 2:30pm- 11:00pm (Monday - Friday)

Description:

-Assemble small parts for the elevator doors, walls, etc. Basic assembly experience is preferred or mechanical inclination.

-Candidates will also be packing parts for shipment

-Assemble and pack a wide variety of mechanical, electrical, electromechanical and fabricated elevator components.

-Perform all operations necessary to assemble, align and pack elevator subassemblies and assemblies in the allocated times while maintaining quality specifications.

-Work from manufacturing information, SAP, COE sheets, engineering drawings, written and oral instructions.

-Package and identify completed assemblies for shipment.

-Maintain all required records and documents.

2nd Shift: 3:30pm – 1:30am Monday through Thursday $17.22/hr
Weekend Shift: 5am – 5pm Friday through Sunday $19.72/hr

Job Duties:
-assembling medical products
-ensuring all products are clean
-responsible for achieving target production levels, maintaining product quality, and keeping area clean and organized
-Persons will be inspecting parts, packing product, performing quality control, and assembling tubes used in IV bags in medical facilities.
-Person will make minor repairs to tooling and equipment to maintain proper product quality.
-Conduct inspection of parts and complete paperwork on batch control.
