Through dedicated onsite support, substitute management, and collaborative recruiting efforts, ESS has helped the district build a dependable substitute workforce while also assisting with staffing solutions in critical shortage areas, including special education.

📈 Making an Impact
Prince George County Public Schools has maintained a substitute fill rate of 95% or higher throughout the school year, helping minimize classroom disruptions and support continuity of instruction. The district has also seen significant growth in its substitute pool through strategic recruiting and ongoing candidate support.
