As representatives of ESS and our partner school districts, we are expected to maintain a professional appearance that reflects the positive and credible image of our organization.

✅ Business casual attire is expected
✅ Clothing should be neat, clean, and appropriate for a school environment
✅ Follow any additional dress code requirements established by your assigned school district

🚫 Please avoid:
• Tank tops or sleeveless shirts
• Midriff or halter tops
• Leggings
• Ripped or torn clothing
• Miniskirts
• Flip-flops, sandals or Crocs
• Revealing attire

Help us keep our schools safe and secure by following proper sign-in and sign-out procedures during every assignment.

✅ Enter through the main/front entrance
✅ Sign in when you arrive
✅ Sign out when you leave for the day

🚫 Please do not sign in and sign out at the same time.
🚫 Do not enter the building behind another employee's badge swipe.

These procedures are important for student and staff safety, as well as ensuring schools know who is in the building at all times. If you sign out before you actually leave, staff may believe you have already exited the building in the event of an emergency.
