Job Description:

Perform various twisting tasks
Continuous hand movement (grasping, pulling, and pushing)
Manufacture quality brushes & document process.
Bundle & package products.
Handle & mix chemicals
Remove and hang brush plates onto conveyor
Separate individual brush wire ends
Inspect and clean brushes for precise quality finish
Place finish brushes into bin
Perform any miscellaneous and all required department tasks
Requirements:

MUST have Warehouse General Labor Experience (1 year preferred)
MUST be authorized to work in US
Manufacturing
Must be Bilingual-English & Spanish

PAY RATE: $18.50/hr

1st Shift 6:30am-3:00pm (MUST be available for OT as needed 3am-3pm)

Duties & Responsibilities:

Helps/assists on various machines and areas within the plant
Monitor orders throughout the production run
Pulls samples as needed
Stack/ feed machines as needed
Report all equipment deficiencies or malfunctions requiring maintenance or repair to the proper Supervisor
Follows first article processes as posted near machine
Prints WIP (Work in Progress) and FG (Finished goods) load tags
Keeps work areas neat and orderly, maintaining halls and floors free of slip and trip hazards, and removing of waste materials
Maintain machines on a regular basis, dusting the top of the machine weekly
Assist with other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Experience in a Manufacturing/ Production environment
Corrugated Industry Experience
Must be available for weekends & OT (as needed)
Bilingual: English & Spanish

Pay Rate- $22.50/hr

2nd Shift- Monday-Friday 3:00pm-11:30pm

Must be available for overtime 3pm-3am as needed.

•Responsibilities:

•MUST have OSHA Forklift sit Certified, *Slip sheet/ Bale pack experience*
•MUST HAVE Experience-Receiving material with and without pallets- Double Pallet-Sit Down (the stacks without the pallets)
•Complete and document daily forklift inspection before/ after each shift
•Report damages / required maintenance work orders as needed for repairs
•Deliver appropriate stock to machines before start of the run and during the shift
•Remove all WIP from machines and conveyor lines
•Maintain orderly, neat, and safe stacks of stock in storage areas
Complete necessary paperwork
•Utilize RF Scanner
•Confirm Bill Of Lading information (Inbound and Outbound)
•Record all stock material on computer and delivery receipt
•Ensure all product is properly stacked and stored
•Secure loaded materials for transportation
•Perform other duties as needed

•Skills & Qualifications:

→ MUST be OSHA Forklift Certified (sit-down) minimum of 3 years
→MUST have Experience picking up material without a pallet
→MUST have experience operating a Double Pallet-Sit Down Forklift
→Valid OSHA Certification (MUST BE VALID)
→Experience in the Corrugated Industry a plus
→RF Scanner
→Bill of Ladings - BOL (outbound and inbound knowledge)
→Use of computer skills
→Strong organizational & communication skills: Writing, Speaking, Reading
→Bilingual: English & Spanish
