Yesterday, our Greenville office welcomed BL Snow Cones for a pop-up in Camperdown Plaza!

BL Snow Cones is a leadership development program through Bel-Aire Community Partners, designed to give middle and high school students real-world workplace experience. Students apply, interview, and complete training to earn their spot on the team—then spend the summer building skills that go far beyond the stand.

In addition to serving up snow cones, participants take part in professional development, financial literacy education, job exploration field trips, team meetings, and outdoor adventure experiences.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to connect with and support these impressive students—and to enjoy a sweet treat. Thank you to the Bel-Aire team and everyone who stopped by to show their support!

We love to celebrate our team and recognize those who help drive our business forward. One way we do that is through our Rock Star of the Quarter. During our most recent Company Huddle, Allison Boozer was recognized for her impact!

Allison is a member of our Executive Search team, specializing in the Healthcare division. Allison has had a record-breaking start to 2026. Her positive attitude and her team-oriented approach have helped her achieve all-time highs, and we are excited to see what she will continue to accomplish this year.
