We love to celebrate our team and recognize those who help drive our business forward. One way we do that is through our Rock Star of the Quarter. During our most recent Company Huddle, Allison Boozer was recognized for her impact!

Allison is a member of our Executive Search team, specializing in the Healthcare division. Allison has had a record-breaking start to 2026. Her positive attitude and her team-oriented approach have helped her achieve all-time highs, and we are excited to see what she will continue to accomplish this year.

We are grateful for Allison’s hard work and dedication to her clients, candidates, and FGP. Congratulations, Allison!

Tomorrow is National Recruiter Day! At FGP, we’re proud to celebrate our team members who connect people to opportunity—and help organizations grow through great talent.

At its core, recruiting is about more than filling roles. It’s about building relationships, understanding goals, and creating meaningful matches that make an impact for both candidates and companies.

Here’s to the power of connection, and to the people who make it happen every day!

And, thank you to our Staffing Team in Greenville for helping us with this fun video – and to our Director of Recruiting, Megan Coleman, for being such a good sport during our prank!

May was full of momentum and meaningful connections for our team. From networking events to presenting at industry conferences, we had the opportunity to share ideas, learn from others, and strengthen relationships across our community. And, beyond the business side, we also had the opportunity to volunteer in Greenville and Columbia, and we saw the start of some fun summer travel for our team!

Months like these remind us that success isn’t just about hard work—it’s about impact, connection, and community.

Here’s to building on this momentum as we head into the summer!

If you’ve felt like the hiring process has shifted lately, you’re not imagining it. The hiring playbook is being rewritten for companies and job seekers in real time as we see new tools and resources enter the process. AI is introducing new efficiencies—but also new complexities for employers in 2026.

We're breaking down what we are seeing and digging deeper on our blog: https://lnkd.in/eUwngjTH

Last week, our teams in Greenville and Columbia had the chance to participate in volunteer activities in their local communities.

The Greenville team visited the The Salvation Army of Greenville County, SC to serve in the food pantry, organizing donations from a citywide food drive, and the Columbia team spent and afternoon at Harvest Hope Food Bank sorting and packaging food for distribution to the community.

We are grateful for the opportunities we have to gather as a team and support the communities in which we work. Thank you to the Salvation Army and Harvest Hope for hosting us and for the work you do in our cities!

Happy Memorial Day Weekend! As a Veteran‑Owned Small Business, Memorial Day means taking an extra moment to remember and honor the men and women who gave everything in service to our country. We are grateful for their sacrifice and for the freedoms we have because of it.

Our offices will be close at 3 pm today and remain closed on Monday, May 25, in observance of Memorial Day.

Our Director of Operations, Laura Fischman, recently graduated from the Greenville Chamber’s Leadership Greenville program.

Through this ten-month experience, Laura worked with a team on a volunteer project designed to address a need in our community and build leaders who are more informed and committed in Greenville. Laura shared, “I feel more equipped, more connected, and more engaged than ever, and I'm excited to continue to contribute to the Greenville community.”

We are grateful for Laura’s commitment to our city as well as FGP. We are proud to have her as a part of our team and eager to see the impact she will continue to have internally at FGP and externally in Greenville!
