RL Enterprise Recruiting & Staffing is seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist to join a growing organization in Charlotte, NC. This is an excellent opportunity for a data professional who thrives in building scalable data solutions and leveraging cutting-edge technologies to drive business intelligence, analytics, and AI-powered initiatives.
The Senior Data Scientist will be responsible for designing and developing scalable ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest, transform, and process both structured and unstructured data. This role will focus on building and optimizing data solutions using Databricks, Apache Spark, SQL, and AWS cloud services, while ensuring data quality, governance, lineage, and monitoring across the enterprise data ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting lakehouse architectures, including bronze, silver, and gold data layers, and developing data pipelines that power Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Generative AI (GenAI), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workloads.
