Outside Sales / Business Development Representative
📍 Greenville & New Bern, NC Territory
💰 $45,000–$60,000 Base Salary + UNCAPPED Commission + Performance Bonus
Roebuck Staffing is growing, and we're looking for an outgoing, motivated salesperson to help us develop new business throughout the Greenville, New Bern, and surrounding Eastern North Carolina markets.
If you enjoy getting out into the community, meeting business owners and managers, building relationships, and turning those relationships into long-term customers, we'd like to talk to you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
✅ Visit and prospect local businesses
✅ Meet business owners, managers, HR professionals, and decision-makers
✅ Develop new customers and staffing accounts
✅ Build your own sales pipeline
✅ Cold call, network, follow up, and generate referrals
✅ Work closely with our recruiting teams to take care of the customers you bring in
✅ Build and grow long-term customer relationships
WHAT WE OFFER
💵 $45,000–$60,000 base salary, depending on experience
💰 Uncapped monthly commission
📈 Commission rates that can increase from 6% up to 10% on qualifying collected gross margin
🏆 Annual performance bonus up to $7,500
⛽ Company-paid fuel for approved business travel

There is NO CAP on commission.
B2B outside-sales experience is preferred. Staffing industry experience is a plus, but not required.
We're looking for someone who is self-motivated, comfortable approaching businesses and decision-makers, and excited about the opportunity to build and grow a territory.
