Job Summary
The Merchandising Channel Sales team is looking for an enthusiastic, efficient Product Specialist to help grow our business. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining and coordinating channel sales partner relationships. You will learn about our product lines and become a liaison between Merchandising and our reseller partners. The role requires an aptitude for customer service, product knowledge, data management as well as transactional sales processes.
The right candidate for this role will be detail-oriented and extremely organized, capable of handling multiple projects at once, and dealing with ambiguity. Our environment is fast-paced and requires someone who is flexible, and comfortable working effectively in a deadline-driven work environment.
Essential Job Functions
Administrative duties related to channel partners including set up and maintenance
Work closely with Customer Care to alleviate order issues
Manage all channel sales account requirements
Create and implement process changes as needed by account
Exercises care within work environment to prevent injuries. Support and follow all company safety policies and procedures
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in either customer service, data management or sales support
Knowledge/Skills Required
Knowledge of channel sales partner business models.
Ability to recognize and suggest remedies to problems which may arise in purchasing policies and procedures
Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing internally and with partners
Encourages and facilitates cooperation, pride, trust, and group identity. Fosters commitment and team spirit
Estimates and budgets time necessary to complete assignments; prioritizes effectively
