Position:
In this position, you will be responsible for general duties involving:
Inspecting finished products and ensuring they are meeting quality standards set by the customer
Ensuring a clean and clutter-free workspace.
Documenting defective parts.
Assisting with sorting and packaging finished products.
Reads and follows work instructions
Qualifications
Must be able to stand 10 hours each day
Walk, bend, stretch, lift, push, pull up to 40 lbs
Be comfortable working in various departments.
Position Incentives
$25 Signing bonus for attending a job fair
$50 Attendance bonus after the first 2 weeks
$250 Monthly drawing for perfect attendance
$100 Referal bonus
Compensation:
$11 - $11.50
*Performance pay increases at day 31 / 91 / 181
