Perform a variety of routine tasks to support the firm, as part of the office services team.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Prepare and break down conference meeting rooms (A/V equipment, food and beverage, seating, etc.) Maintain conference room neatness at all times. Maintain A/V room inventory and organization.
2. Stock kitchen/coffee supplies and maintain neatness and organization of kitchens. Maintain inventory and organization of main pantry. Routinely clean the refrigerators.
3. Distribute mail, faxes and packages.
4. Assist with internal moves. Perform an array of basic tasks such as hanging pictures, oiling squeaky chairs, installing keyboard trays, etc. Assist with minor furniture moves. Stock and clean desks/workstations for new hires.
5. Serve as reception desk backup.
6. Inventory, order and stock supplies. Ensure invoices for supplies are submitted to Office Services management in a timely fashion. Maintain workroom organization and neatness. Inventory and order supplies for coffee machines, and kitchen. Maintain pantry organization and neatness. Prepare desk supplies for new hires. Maintain inventory and organization in the main workroom.
7. Maintain office equipment and place calls for repair of office equipment. Communicate outages to staff.
8. Complete photocopy requests in a timely fashion. Complete binding requests, laminating requests, and other staff requests on time.
9. Receive, sort and distribute U.S. and interoffice mail. Meter outgoing mail. Ensure sufficient postage funds in the postage meter. Drop-off Airborne Express packages at end of the day. Ensure pick-up of FedEx packages at the end of the day. Inventory and stock sufficient quantities of FedEx, DHL, and mail supplies in all workrooms. Send, receive, and deliver faxes.
10. Maintain stationery and paper inventories. Stock printer stations.
