In this role, you'll oversee the Quality Management System, ISO compliance, audits, and corrective actions - while partnering with engineering, production, and regulatory agencies to ensure quality at every stage of construction.

• 8+ years of related experience required
• CWI and ASNT Level II/III preferred
• Background in QMS, ISO standards, auditing, and regulatory compliance

20 years of NEWMA

This week’s episode of the NEW Manufacturing Insights podcast marks a special milestone: the 20-year anniversary of the Northeast Wisconsin Manufacturing Alliance.

To celebrate, Ann Franz and Kate are joined in the studio by Mark Kaiser of Lindquist Machine, one of the original 12 manufacturing leaders who helped found NEWMA.

Mark reflects on the early days of the organization, from writing the first four $1,000 scholarship checks and hoping they would clear, to seeing the President’s Cup Scholarship Golf Outing grow into an event that now raises more than $60,000 annually.

Ann also shares the lasting impact Mark has had on NEWMA’s growth and direction:

“I just value this person so much. Our organization is what it is because of his leadership. His fingerprints are all over the success of NEWMA.”

This episode is a look back at 20 years of collaboration, leadership, workforce development, and manufacturing impact across Northeast Wisconsin. Mark also shares his personal story, including the sale of Lindquist Machine and one of his best leadership insights.
