AHEAD Staffing is currently hiring dependable and detail-oriented individuals for Bottle Production and Inspection positions in Luxemburg.

This position is ideal for candidates who take pride in quality work, pay attention to detail, and are looking for a stable production opportunity with overtime potential.

Responsibilities:
Inspect bottles for defects and quality issues
Ensure products are packaged according to specifications
Perform quality checks throughout the production process
Communicate issues and updates with incoming/outgoing operators and inspectors
Complete production records, labels, and required documentation accurately
Support production goals while maintaining quality standards
Assist with training and onboarding new employees as needed
Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Training:
Three-week paid training period on 1st shift
Ongoing support provided during onboarding

Requirements:
Must be able to read and write in English
Strong attention to detail
Reliable attendance is essential
Ability to stand, bend, lift, and twist throughout the shift
Must wear steel-toe shoes at all times
Must wear all required PPE

Join a Fast-Paced Production Team Building Retail Displays
We are currently seeking reliable production and assembly team members for a large-scale retail display manufacturing project in the Green Bay area.

In this role, you will help build corrugated retail displays and product stands used in major retail stores - similar to the cardboard merchandise displays you see in home improvement stores and other large retailers.

This is a hands-on, team-oriented position ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active and working toward production goals in a fast-paced environment.

Project Details
Tentative start date: 6/8
Project expected to run through late September or early October
Opportunities for pay increases based on performance
Potential temp-to-hire opportunities for strong performers
Additional opportunities with AHEAD Staffing may be available after project completion

Responsibilities
Assemble cardboard dividers and retail display components
Fold, stack, and secure materials according to specifications
Inspect displays and materials for quality and accuracy
Follow assembly instructions and production standards
Package completed displays for shipment
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work with the team to meet daily production goals

Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift
Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and assist with moving pallets
Ability to perform repetitive work at a steady pace
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are essential
Closed-toe shoes required
Comfortable working in a production/warehouse environment
5-panel drug screen required
Additional Information

During slower production periods, team members may assist with:
General cleaning
Light grounds work
Basic maintenance tasks
This helps maintain consistent hours throughout the project.

Jeans, shorts, t-shirts, and hoodies are acceptable
Comfortable shoes are strongly recommended due to standing/walking
