Our Green Bay client is looking for a Warehouse Lead for the food manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for overseeing warehouse employees in a manufacturing and packaging environment. This position plans and assigns work, implements policies and procedures. This position will be responsible for customer service and account management as well as reviewing customer orders and requests and ensuring orders are put together correctly. Top starting pay for this first shift position is $16/hr for a well-qualified candidate.

Responsibilities include:
 Provide reports and detailed information to provide updates to necessary departments
 Respond to sales, and other personnel for status updates
 Assist with account management when the supervisor is not available
 Assist with accident investigations when necessary
 Actively promote and support food safety with product quality programs such as GMP’s, HACCP and quality and sanitation standards.
 Knowledge of current requirements and capability of all warehouse positions to perform training and troubleshooting for order fulfillment.
 Pull and check orders for accuracy
 Coordinate shuttling of completed orders to the appropriate warehouse and/or location.
 Ensures all invoicing is accurate and completed as directed by the supervisor

Qualifications include:
 High School Diploma or equivalent
 3-5 years’ experience in a warehouse environment
 Previous lead experience, or experience overseeing work flow with employees

Our Green Bay client is looking for Machine Operators for all shifts. They are on 10 hour days now, but hoping to move to 8 hour day soon. You will program and monitor packaging machine according to product description. Coordinate efforts of production line personnel while ensuring that safety is always a top priority and that production goals are being met. Pay is dependent on experience and can be as high as $18/hr for a well-qualified candidate.

Responsibilities include:
 Program and monitor machine according to product description
 Ensure correct product is being packaged
 Conduct quality inspections of finished product
 Continual quality checks of all packaging and finished product
 Complete production paperwork ensuring completeness and accuracy

Qualifications include:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
1-3 years of experience in machine operation in a converting environment

Our Green Bay client has some openings for their Laser Engraving Department. You will use a computerized laser generator and engraving bed to precisely form images onto rolls. There is no experience necessary, but a background in metal fabrication is a plus! There is one opening on second shift and one for a weekend shift. Starting pay is $15/hr.

Responsibilities include:
• Load programs
• Uses overhead crane, or by hand, to load and unload product.
• Inspect and maintain equipment.
• Report and maintenance or product issues to supervisor.
• Follow all safety procedures.

Qualifications include:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Background in metal manufacturing/fabrication is a plus
• Drug screen and background check required

Our Green Bay client has immediate openings for general production positions. These are 4-10’s on second shift positions! This is a cool working environment, food production. No experience necessary, just a good attitude and work ethic. Starting pay is $15/hr.

Responsibilities include:
• Lifting product onto the production line
• Packaging finished product
• Pushing or pulling carts and equipment

Qualifications include:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be able to pass a 10 panel drug screen
• Previous manual labor, production or related experience.
• Able to safely lift 50 pounds repetitively and stand for entire shift.
• Must feel “at home” in a refrigerated, multi-cultural facility.
• Basic math skills and the ability to count accurately.

Our Sheboygan area client is looking for several machine operators across all three shifts of their manufacturing operation. You will end up cross trained over all areas of their converting plant. This is a great entry level opportunity where you can grow with an organization, and can lead to leadership positions. Top starting pay for these first, second and third shift positions depends on the shift (third shift is $14/hr, first is $13.50/hr)

Responsibilities include:
• Remove raw materials from pallets, bags, boxes or totes.
• Feed raw materials in correct quantities, based on formulas and product specifications.
• Perform general housekeeping for the Converting department
• Inspect raw materials for non-conformance
• Perform production equipment change-overs, cleaning, and/or assemblies as required.
• Sets up, operates, and maintains equipment, using cleaning chemical materials.
• Inspects finished product
• Completes all paperwork associated with essential job functions.

Qualifications include:
• Great opportunity for entry level people!
• High school diploma or equivalency, preferred.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferred.
