We are currently seeking an experienced **Production Supervisor** to join our team and help lead, coach, and develop our production workforce.

**Schedule:**
🕑 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM (or until production is completed)
💰 **Pay: $25.50/hour**

**Key Responsibilities:**
✅ Lead, coach, and support Team Members in daily production activities
✅ Ensure safety, food quality, productivity, and customer expectations are met
✅ Drive continuous improvement efforts and identify opportunities to improve workflow, downtime, and efficiency
✅ Monitor production goals and hold the team accountable for results
✅ Work closely with Quality, Maintenance, Sanitation, Production leadership, and other departments
✅ Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

**Qualifications:**
✔️ Previous experience as a Production Supervisor, Assistant Supervisor, Team Lead, or similar leadership role in a manufacturing environment
✔️ Experience leading teams and improving production processes
✔️ Knowledge of HACCP, SQF, GMP, or other food safety programs preferred
✔️ Food manufacturing or pizza industry experience preferred
✔️ Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
✔️ **Must be able to speak, read, and understand English**
✔️ Experience with Redzone production software is a plus but not required
