Kirkman Beck is the parent company of Hire Up Staffing Services, Hire Up Healthcare, and Hire Up Executive. Our company's philosophy emphasizes the importance of people in our operations and considers them the key to our success. We aim to recruit individuals who share our values and possess qualities such as passion, integrity, and a sense of belonging to something greater. To ensure effective recruitment, we utilize the latest AI technology to match job seekers with their ideal positions. We believe in going beyond just evaluating resumes by providing ongoing training to our recruiters. This training focuses on behavioral-based interviewing techniques and a comprehensive understanding of employment laws. By doing so, we strive to foster deeper insights between the company and the candidates, ensuring that the best interests of all parties are protected throughout the hiring process.
