Production Operators – Immediate Openings (Multiple Shifts)
AIMS Advantage – Grandville, MI
AIMS Advantage is urgently hiring Production Operators for a project starting immediately. We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented individuals to work in a clean, organized production environment.
Multiple shifts available – Monday through Sunday
Monday – Friday Shifts
• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Weekend Shifts (Saturday & Sunday)
• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Position Responsibilities
• Inspect parts for defects or damage
• Follow quality and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Follow instructions carefully in a detail-focused setting
Requirements
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
• Previous production or manufacturing experience is a plus (not required)
