This role is ideal for a Salesforce power user and trainer who enjoys working with people, improving processes, and using technology to strengthen customer support and sales operations. While Salesforce expertise is essential, this is not an IT-focused position.

📍 Location: Southwest Michigan

As a Customer Sales Support Representative – Medical, you will:
✔ Serve as a Salesforce power user and train team members on both Classic and Lightning
✔ Develop and improve Salesforce processes, procedures, and training materials
✔ Provide timely and accurate customer support by phone and email
✔ Coordinate calendars, meetings, customer reviews, and outbound sales activities
✔ Maintain accurate customer information in Salesforce and LIMS

It's easy to assume recruiters are trying to find the lowest number possible—but that's not why we ask.

The conversation helps us determine whether everyone's expectations are aligned before the hiring process moves too far.

We're looking to understand:
• Whether the opportunity FITS your expectations
• Whether the client's compensation range ALIGNS with your goals
• Whether it's WORTH moving forward for both sides
If there's a significant gap between expectations and budget, it's better to discuss it early rather than after multiple interviews.

"I finished my interview...now what?"

The truth is, your interview is just one step in the hiring process. Once it's over, there's still quite a bit happening behind the scenes before a decision is made.

Here's what that often looks like:
1. We gather feedback.
Recruiters connect with everyone involved in the interview process to collect feedback. We're looking at technical qualifications, communication, overall fit, and how each candidate aligns with the position.

2. We Review the Top Candidates Collectively
Once interviews are complete, recruiters review the strongest candidates together. We compare interview notes, discuss each person's qualifications, strengths, and overall fit for the role before presenting recommendations to the client.

3. We work with the hiring team.
Sometimes we're waiting on additional interviews, internal discussions, budget approvals, or final input from decision-makers. Every company has its own process, which is why timelines can vary.

4. We communicate next steps.
