Today, the MBS team joined Our Community's Children (OCC) for the GRow1000 Supervisor Training as we prepare for the start of the 2026 Summer Youth Employment Program. 👏

As OCC walked supervisors through the program expectations and processes, MBS had the opportunity to discuss our role in managing payroll for this year's participants. We reviewed payroll timelines, important deadlines, paycheck distribution, and how supervisors can help ensure a smooth payroll process throughout the summer.

While youth participants gain valuable workplace experience, there's a lot happening behind the scenes to make the program successful. We're proud to partner with OCC and local employers to help ensure GRow1000 participants are supported every step of the way.

Thank you to all of the supervisors who attended today's training. We appreciate your commitment to creating meaningful opportunities for local youth this summer.

| We’re hiring a Camera Tuning Engineer!

Management Business Solutions is partnering with a client in the West Michigan area to find a skilled Camera Tuning Engineer to enhance image quality across diverse vision products. This role combines technical expertise in image signal processing (ISP) with hands-on testing and data analysis to deliver optimal imaging results.

📍 Location: West Michigan Area

As a Camera Tuning Engineer, you will:
✔ Build expertise across multiple ISP pipeline architectures and tools
✔ Adjust and optimize ISP parameters for high-quality imaging output
✔ Collaborate with software engineering and stakeholder teams on pipeline modifications
✔ Analyze image data using quantitative metrics and perceptual assessments
✔ Serve as a point of contact with ISP vendors for escalated image quality issues
✔ Design and execute test procedures to validate imaging performance
✔ Support resolution of image quality concerns from customer programs and field feedback

An ideal candidate will have experience in image quality evaluation, strong scripting and data analysis skills (Python/MATLAB), and a background in camera systems, photography, or videography. Experience in automotive, aerospace, or embedded systems is a plus.

LinkedIn often helps recruiters gain additional context beyond what’s listed on a resume. It gives insight into career progression, industry experience, professional presence, and sometimes even accomplishments that didn’t make it onto the resume itself.

We also look for consistency between resumes and LinkedIn profiles, including timelines, job titles, and overall experience.

A complete and updated profile can make it easier for recruiters to quickly understand your background and identify opportunities that may align with your experience.

Your LinkedIn profile doesn’t need to be perfect.

But keeping it clear, current, and aligned with your experience can make a difference.
