📍 Location: Grand Rapids, MI

This role will oversee and manage key accounting and financial activities, including:
✔ Month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting
✔ Accounts payable, accounts receivable, and collections
✔ Payroll and timekeeping
✔ Banking and cash management
✔ Financial, tax, regulatory, and compliance reporting
✔ Year-end activities and audit support
✔ Accounting staff oversight and process improvement
✔ Support for the CFO and leadership team

Experience in a privately held construction, manufacturing, transportation, distribution, or other operational business is a plus. Paycor experience is preferred.
