For 28 years, Tracy has been a valued part of Express Employment Professionals, bringing experience, compassion, and a genuine passion for helping people succeed. As a Senior Talent Solutions Specialist, Tracy draws on her years of experience in recruitment, employee relations, sales, and staff management to connect talented people with meaningful opportunities and help our clients find the right fit.
Beyond her work at Express, Tracy is passionate about giving back to our community. She has served on the Employer Advisory Board, volunteers with the Women’s Resource Center and other nonprofits, and provides mock interviews, job search coaching, and mentoring.
