Benjamin's Hope is seeking a Director of Facilities Operations to provide leadership for the safe, reliable, and high-quality operation of its 52-acre campus serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Rooted in a Christian faith commitment, Benjamin’s Hope exists to create a community where adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities are known, valued, and able to live abundant lives. This role helps make that possible by ensuring the campus environment reflects dignity, safety, hospitality, and excellence every day.
As Director, you’ll lead all aspects of facilities operations, including maintenance, grounds, infrastructure, life safety systems, vendor management, compliance, capital planning, and emergency response, while supporting staff and volunteers across the campus.
What We’re Looking For:
• 7–15+ years of facilities operations leadership experience
• Background in complex campus environments such as healthcare, residential care, or hospitality
• Strong skills in preventative maintenance, vendor management, and regulatory compliance
• Ability to lead both strategically and hands-on in day-to-day operations
• Experience with infrastructure systems, technology oversight, and capital projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Commitment to a mission-driven, faith-based environment
