Benjamin's Hope is seeking a relationship-driven and mission-focused Advancement Officer to help build the philanthropic relationships and community partnerships that sustain and expand its mission. This role widens the circle of connection, inspires generosity, and invites others into meaningful partnership in support of spaces of belonging, dignity, and purpose for people of all abilities. Rooted in Christian faith, Benjamin’s Hope creates a community where adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities are known, valued, and able to live abundant lives.
The Advancement Officer will support donor cultivation, stewardship, fundraising, grants, events, and community engagement while serving as an ambassador for Benjamin’s Hope. Working closely with organizational leadership, the Board, donors, churches, businesses, and community partners, this role will help strengthen a culture of philanthropy and expand the organization’s impact. Fundraising the Ben's Hope Way is central to this work: inclusive, accessible, relational, ethically grounded, and aligned with the organization's faith and values.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven success leading comprehensive fundraising programs, including major gifts, campaigns, events, grants, and team leadership
- Demonstrated ability to secure significant philanthropic support and build trusted, long-term donor and partner relationships.
- Strong strategic thinking, disciplined ex*****on, and the ability to translate vision into measurable results.
- Deeply aligned with the mission, faith, and values of Benjamin's Hope.
