I have 74 different jobs available to offer to people thinking of joining the ranks in the National Guard! Across the state ranging from jobs pertaining to combat and noncombatant positions. All in which have certifications that correlate into the civilian world. Also, everyone tends to think that as soon as you have interest in joining that it’s at a snap of fingers and it isn’t that fast! And, when you do get through the process, you have 270 days(9 months) to leave for basic training! So if you enlist today, you don’t have to leave until the latest at late August of next year! Key points:
Be 17 or older in age
A high school junior or higher in education .
Be within the height and weight standards of the US Army.
Have a decent moral standing against law violations
Tattoos are ok. Piercings are ok.
Score a 21 or higher on the ASVAB
Potential $10K bonus for a minimum of a 3 year contract.
Choose between over 70 jobs we have anywhere in the state for your part time service.(based on qualifications of test)
Pass a military entry physical
Choose your contract and your ship date to training .
