Office Coordinator - Houma, LA - D184

Our client is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Office Coordinator to support daily front-office operations at a busy clinic.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors while providing exceptional customer service
Answer and direct incoming calls
Schedule appointments and assist with follow-up communications
Perform administrative duties including data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation
Maintain accurate patient records and clinic documentation
Support office operations, supply management, and mail distribution
Coordinate calendars, meetings, and scheduling for clinic staff
Assist with office organization

Qualifications:
1-2 years of administrative, receptionist, or customer service experience required
Medical office experience necessary
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with scheduling systems, electronic records, or CRM/EMR systems preferred
Knowledge of HIPAA and workplace safety practices is a plus
