WorkPath Staffing is seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Representative to join our growing team. This position is approximately 80% outside sales and 20% inside sales, offering a dynamic work environment with excellent growth potential.
Responsibilities
* Conduct cold calling and B2B sales
* Develop and maintain relationships with businesses
* Identify new business opportunities, generate leads and manage pipelines
* Provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates
* Perform administrative and office support tasks
* Assist with recruiting and job placements
* Follow up with clients and maintain ongoing communication
Qualifications
* Valid driver’s license
* Reliable vehicle with insurance coverage
* Computer and application savvy
* CRM experience
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Previous sales or business development experience preferred but not required
