EDUCATION:
- RN degree from an accredited school of nursing
- Advanced degree from an accredited school or college of nursing

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Demonstrated clinical competency, minimum 2-4 years’ experience required, willing to take new grad.
- Effective leadership skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication and strong analytical skills
- Effective interaction to ensure the successful care of patients in the clinical care setting

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:

EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or GED
EXPERIENCE:
- 3-5 years of experience in security, related public safety, law enforcement, prior military service, or customer service equivalent, where primary responsibility includes responding to emergent situations and identifying and resolving issues that pose potential risk to patients/customers, visitors, staff, and/or property is strongly preferred
- At least one year of security or service related experience is required
- Prior experience in healthcare preferred.
CERTIFICATION: Valid Driver’s License Required and PERC Card (Permanent Employee Registration Card) issued by State of Illinois (IL) within 1 year of hire.
