MEET THE OWNER — AMRA KIDD

Hi everyone! I’m Amra Kidd, owner and CEO of A&S Quality Solutions.
A&S Quality Solutions specializes in automotive quality support, including quality liaisons, resident engineers, sorting, containment, rework, and on-site quality support for our customers.
I’ve built this company by working hard, staying involved, and treating our customers’ problems like they’re my own. I’m very hands-on with the business, and chances are if you work with A&S, I know what’s happening at your location.
What started as an idea has grown into a company supporting customers and manufacturing facilities in multiple states. I’m extremely proud of the team we’ve built and the relationships we’ve made along the way.
I believe in taking care of my employees, being available for my customers, and doing what we say we’re going to do. In this industry, things can change quickly, and our customers know they can call us when they need help.
Outside of work, I’m very family-oriented, definitely a dog person, and usually working on some kind of house project when I’m not answering my phone for A&S.
Owning a business isn’t always easy, but I wouldn’t trade it. I’m proud of how far A&S Quality Solutions has come, and I’m even more excited about where we’re going.
Thank you to every customer who has trusted us, every employee who represents our company, and everyone who has supported A&S along the way.
